chemotherapy

Exercise during chemotherapy might be the hardest ‘ask’ in the Moving Through Cancer program.

There are plenty of people who would ask why we would ask someone going through chemotherapy to exercise.  The answer is that we have documented evidence that exercise will help with symptoms during chemotherapy, and emerging evidence that exercise during chemotherapy will improve the ability to complete chemotherapy as originally prescribed, which could have a survival benefit.

There are 5 aspects to the Chemotherapy program.
